STANDARD RATES

• Adults: $18 per person, per night
• Children (3–16 years): $10 per night for the first 2 children, then $8 per child thereafter
• Infants (0-2 years): FREE

EVENTS & PUBLIC HOLIDAY RATES (excluding MAY’kn MUSIC)

• Adults: $25 per person, per night
• Children (3–16 years): $15 per night for the first 2 children, then $12 per child thereafter
• Infants (0–2 years): FREE

EVENT WEEKEND BOOKINGS – A one-night deposit is required at time of booking to secure your booking with FULL payment the week prior to assist with a smoother & faster check in process. * ALL EVENT WEEKEND BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE THROUGH THE OFFICE. CALL  0492 340 783
TICKETED EVENTS – Cancellations with MORE than 7 days’ notice will incur an admin fee of 50% of ticket price.
TICKETED EVENTS – Cancellations with LESS than 7 days’ notice. NO refund or credit given
GENERAL BOOKINGS – a one-night deposit is required at time of booking to secure your booking with FULL payment due on arrival.

If you have a change of plans and need to amend the dates of your booking, NO PROBLEM, have your dates ready & we have you covered. If you need to cancel your booking with more than 7 days’ notice, we will happily apply your deposit payment minus a $10.00 admin fee to your Guest account for use within 12 months.
Any cancellations within 7 days, a one-night cancellation fee is applicable.
All public holiday, long or event weekend bookings cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice – NO refund or CREDIT will be given.
Non-arrivals or stay cut short – NO refund or credit
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS GIVEN FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER.
